This map does a good job keeping Fraser with similar communities and avoids combining it with Warren. Fraser is a small city and Warren is the 3rd largest in the state. They do not share the same challenges. Warren should be kept whole and Fraser will be better represented in the state senate if it is kept with Roseville north of 696, eastern Sterling Heights, SCS and the Grosse Pointes. Warren owns its own waste water treatment whereas Fraser, Roseville, Saint Clair Shores, and Sterling have to buy theirs from other communities and GLWA. As a result, water bills are much higher in Fraser, Roseville, SCS, and Sterling Heights than they are in Warren and gives residents in those cities more in common with one another.

I like how this map includes Madison Heights, Royal Oak and Clawson with Troy. Many Troy residents move from these communities to Troy so it's a nice fit.

This map gives us more voting rights in the Rosedale and Brightmoor neighborhoods because it keeps us with other Detroit neighborhoods.
